ATTENTION ALL STATE OF ILLINOIS PSAs
PSA Option 7s ratify their Contract
Public Service Administrators (PSA) Option 7s voted overwhelmingly to accept the agreement 134 -15. All 168 employees of the unit will become members of Local 2002 and the Southern & Central Illinois Laborers’ District Council.
Results of the bargaining for the PSA Option 7s include:
• Pay scales averaging 25% above their subordinates
• An average of 14.5% increase in raises
• Expedited grievances and the right to arbitration
• Layoff protection
