The Laborers’ International Union of North America, Local 2002 (ISEA) and the Service Employees International Union are working together to ensure that YOU get a UNION CONTRACT that will cover all PSA Options 1 & 2 in Illinois. We are going to file your petition knowing your supervisory or managerial status and we will work with the State of Illinois to ensure that your job duties are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• Supervise other employees.
• Deal with confidential information (such as payroll).
• Direct the work of other employees.
• Act in any type of managerial capacity while performing your job.
CHANCES ARE YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THE UNION CONTRACT IF YOU DO THE FOLLOWING:
• Deal with union contract negotiations on the State’s behalf.
