Through the Change to Win Coalition, SEIU Local 73 and the Laborers’ International Union Local 2002 (also known as the Illinois State Employees Association) are working together to bring Public Service Administrators the best representation in the State of Illinois. With a combined membership of 50,000 in Illinois and 3 million internationally, our two unions are in the best position to represent professional state employees. Through our combined efforts, we are leading the fight to get you the right to organize.
